Yes, you can generate any number of Pivot Tables and use the PivotData function to create cross pivot calculations. Pivot charts are also available however their use is limited on the Mac due to an Excel bug.

Yes, via Pentaho Data Integration. You can move any aggregated data set from Hadoop into Sheetloom.

Via the Webdetails Community Data Access Framework. Each Data Access query can be linked to a named cell or range of cells in the spreadsheet. Developers create a library of data access queries and business analysts simply plug them into their spreadsheets via native named ranges.
